SOME people that call themselves Black panthers are almost just as bad BUT there are many other BPP groups that have members of all races
also while i agree lots of focus shouldnt be given to those groups above and when they get news coverage those are the only terms they use (unfairly group them all together) the fact remains there are some serious loons in those groups! And those loons get the most coverage and therefore polute those groups, its unfortunate.

The whole idea behind voter intimidation is their feelings. If they FEEL intimidated by these actions by the Black Panthers, then voter intimidation has occurred. It really is an open and shut case, but the racists at DoJ decided not to pursue what really was an easy case. If they were wearing KKK hoods, the thugs would already be in prison where they belong...

Sorry, the law works in favor of those who want to vote without feeling intimidated. This is a clear open and shut case. Brandishing a night stick is a threatening act, especially when wearing jackboots and other paraphenalia of a known racist militant organization. Watching your logical gymnastics defending them is amusing, but actually shows your agenda more than anything else...

DOnt know, im not familiar with the ins and outs of what you ar refferring to BUT I can say I am all for better enforcment of immagration and the arizona law doesnt bother me one bit if it does in fact mirror the federal law which i have read it does and honestly even if it didnt it still doent bother me
Not trying to change the subject, but just want to show that since the Minutemen were standing in the way of any potential illegals crossing, their actions can also be compared to Black Panthers standing in the way of any potential white voters, and that was their intent to scare away these white voters, since that polling place had both white and black voters registered there. Of course, the Black Panthers knew that, and that's why they were there.
