Do you support Palestine's 'Right to Exist'?

Do you support Palestine's Right to Exist?

One sided question. A gotcha question. The honest answer would be yes but not with Hamas as part of the equation.
Another honest answer would be, Israel needs to support the creation of an independent state rather than constantly expanding their land grabs and pushing Palestinians into smaller and smaller territories.
BUT............if you answer yes ONE SIDE is going to accuse you of supporting terrorists.
......................if you answer no, ONE SIDE is going to accuse you of supporting genocide.
THAT is how discussions about the future of Palestinians usually goes.

Who existed first Palestine or israel? Where did israel get the land to become Israel?
How far back in history do you want to go?

AI Overview

In biblical times, Israel as an ethno-religious group and kingdom came first. The name "Israel" first appears in the Hebrew Bible and refers to the patriarch Jacob and his descendants. The name "Palestine" was given to the region by the Romans around 135 A.D. as an insult after a Jewish rebellion.

How much land did 'israel' of the Bible control? How about Palestine? If you held no land, your country did not exist in biblical times and as you stated, it was an ethno-religious group, not a state nor city state.

Right to exist? Yes.

Right to commit terror attacks? No.
How many terrorists acts are committed every day here in America? One shooting of an innocent person is a terrorist act. How about trump's sweeps through American cities arresting only the worst of the worst, terrorist act? Israel, in my opinion is commiting terrorists acts against Palestine and netan-yahoo is a war criminal.

Terrorism:

"During the formation of the State of Israel, Zionist paramilitary groups engaged in a campaign of violence that has been described as terrorism by various sources. This violence targeted both the British Mandate authorities and Palestinian Arabs. The Irgun, Lehi (Stern Gang), Haganah, and Palmach were the principal groups involved, with the Irgun and Lehi being particularly known for their use of terror tactics. The Irgun, founded as an offshoot of the Haganah, was driven by Revisionist Zionism and carried out attacks against British military and civilian targets, as well as Palestinian civilians. A key example was the bombing of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem in 1946, which killed 92 people and was intended to retaliate against British actions and destroy incriminating documents.

The Deir Yassin massacre on April 9, 1948, where Irgun and Lehi militants killed at least 107 Palestinian villagers, including women and children, is cited as a pivotal event in a broader campaign of violence aimed at forcing the Palestinian population to flee their homes. This event, along with other attacks on Palestinian towns and villages, contributed to the mass exodus of Palestinians during the 1948 Arab-Israeli war, a period known to Palestinians as the Nakba. The Haganah, while initially practicing restraint (Havlagah), also carried out violent operations, including sabotage, bombings of infrastructure, and attacks on Arab civilians and military targets, often in coordination with or in preparation for the establishment of the state.

The use of violence by these groups was strategic, aiming to undermine British control, eliminate opposition, and create the conditions necessary for the establishment of a Jewish state. The Haganah, which later became the core of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), and other groups transitioned from underground terrorist organizations to state military forces after 1948. The actions of these groups during the pre-state period are described by some historians and analysts as a significant factor in persuading Britain to withdraw from Palestine, thereby facilitating the creation of Israel."

The reward: State of Israel

Two conditions need to be met for there to be peace, #1 Hamas must agree to stop hate education. #2) Israel must admit the truth, that there never was an Abraham, that they are the descendants of Jericho and those other cities that fell of internal struggle, to be fell upon by caravan priests, who knew the Lord was coming and that he needed a people. So, then, they must accept that Jesus Christ was the Messiah.

I'm sure that would put them farther on the way to having other personalities appear in them.

So, God never promised any land to anybody, that is a lie, given to them, because they were materialistic people, and behold, the land isn't given unto them, where are ten tribes? They wandered up into Europe and maybe America making white and red people Jewish.

So, false starts have consequences, but hey, it isn't a perfect world.

What I think is irrelevant.

Look at it this way. All the friends and family think that a married couple is perfect for each other. The problem is that couple doesn't think so. They can't stand each other. So people keep trying to counsel and help the couple stay together. Even after the divorce they talk about how those two were perfect together.

The key to Palestine and Israel existing together is simple. Live and Let Live. Simple isn't it? It is also the one thing that neither side will do. The Palestinians will not tolerate the Israeli there. The Israeli are determined not to be wiped out and as the events since the October attacks in 2023, the Israeli are not interested in a path to peace. That was the straw that broke the Camels back. It was one too many. The Israeli policy since then has been No More.

For more than 75 years the Israeli have fought against attacks and then said. We can live in peace. And every time the peace is just a short break in hostilities.

People dying of old age today have been born, lived, and now died in a nation that has known wars one after another. Living and let living is not working.

There have been many efforts to allow Palestine to exist. So many peace deals that the numbers after the deal is starting to look like the Super Bowl. Israeli and Palestinian Peace Deal XLVII is now going forward. Oh wait, never mind.

The Palestinians had no intention of living and let living. Now the world is horrified that the Israeli have gone to that extreme. Hey, you keep picking on someone and they fight back, you don't get to complain now.

So my opinion is irrelevant. Palestine teased the neighbors dog one too many times and are upset that they're getting eaten. This is what you wanted, so enjoy it.

Well, from the Jewish perspective, they have as much right to be there as anybody else.

Hamas, too, has the right to be there, and if they properly understood Israel, they could learn to tolerate and co-operate with her, although Israel must come to reality, and this will neutralize parties like Iran, who must repent of trying to destroy Israel.

Ask an Israeli get one answer, ask a Palestinian, get a different one.
AI Overview

The name "Israel" for a distinct kingdom and people predates the name "Palestine" by over a millennium, with the first recorded mention of "Israel" appearing in a c. 1208 BCE inscription.

In the last decade of the 13th century BCE, Pharaoh Merneptah recorded that his military forces had decisively defeated an entity called “Israel” in the central highlands of what was then known as “Canaan.” A few centuries later, that region would be the location for two kingdoms: “Israel” and a weaker sister kingdom called “Judah,” the ultimate origin of the term “Jew,” to its south.
In the sixth century BCE, Judah and its capital Jerusalem were conquered by the Neo-Babylonians, another Mesopotamian empire. Following the Babylonian Exile, the territory of the former kingdom would serve as the geographic centre of Jewish existence until 135 CE when, following a disastrous Jewish uprising, Roman emperor Hadrian expelled the Jews from Jerusalem and decreed that the territory surrounding the city be part of a larger entity called “Syria-Palestina.”

Then the Earth will be ushered into a thousand-year era of peace by the close of the White Horse Tribulation (2020-2030.5).

The 2030 accords, the first article is "Never turn away good rain." Then you can cool the Earth more than your greenhouse gasses.

Welp, looks like there will never be peace.

Any conversation about Palestinian right to exist as Palestinians is ludicrous, if Palestinians don't have a right to survive through the next 6 months. Israel has to remove Bibi from power and that is not going to happen.
