We had a big turnout at our No Kings protest in San Luis Obispo, California. Huge crowds of people marching through downtown, expressing themselves with courtesy and peace.

I saw police officers, paramedics, and firefighters all working well together to help keep everyone safe. Do you approve or disapprove of how the protests were handled?

As far as I can tell, most everywhere outside of LA the cops were civil in managing the peaceful protests.

Yeah, **** LAPD. Their chief seems like a good egg, but you can only do so much with such a maggot-infested police force filled with fascists, white supremacists and just simple power-mad, mean-spirited bullies who peaked in high school.
 
The protesters look like they were mainly middle aged white far lefters.
The other part were racist Latino Nationalists who refuse to accept that we have the right to control or borders and immigration.
I saw very few Black protesters.
BTW, these protests are backfiring on the Democrats.
Trump's poll numbers went up and Newsome"s went down.

Which polls, Buster Keaton? Rasmussen?

Because if so, thank God. I have become rather repulsed by Gavin Newsom as of late and want him as far away from the Presidency as possible. Though I imagine he will do what he can to recover by continuing to try to present himself as the Pick-Me Democrat for Middle America Republicans and other voters. Perhaps he can go on Tucker Carlson's or Ann Coulter's podcast next and commiserate with them about how much he loves ICE and secret police arresting people at random without warrant, and how he would love to do more to help them conduct mass arrests if his hands weren't tied being tied by the other Democrats in his party.

You sound disappointed. I wasn’t planning to count everyone’s races among the >11 million protesters.

Approve. I went to one in San Jose (was planning to check out the swanky Palo Alto one but I had a volunteer-related thing in the city that I'd forgotten about) and everybody involved - law enforcement included - was above board, in good spirits and supportive.

There were plenty here in the Bay Area along with Hispanics, Asians, Caucasians etc. Everybody getting along and having a good time. You would have hated it, but I think everybody was delighted that you and your ilk were no-shows.

The good news is that we now know that the @Buster Keaton types are easily grifted. Simply stand up some faux-conservative rag that tells them things that cause their bodies to secrete hormones that elicit feelings of physical pleasure, then hit them with a bunch of advertisements. They'll buy anything to sustain the rush.
