MAGA should support the study of transgender mice. Who knows, maybe there would be findings which vindicate right wing claims of transgenderism being a negative social pathology instead of some biological/spiritual construct.

These people embrace ignorance at every turn, it's pathetic.

Sounds too absurd to be true, doesn't it? That's the conclusion CNN jumped to after President Trump mentioned in his national address on Tuesday that the Department of Government Efficiency had identified $8 million that was spent on "making mice transgender."

CNN called that "false."

CNN immediately regretted that headline.

The fake news leader was forced into an instant correction after conducting just a bare minimum of research that showed Trump's claim was, in fact, true.

That correction said: "An earlier version of this item incorrectly characterized as false Trump’s claim about federal money being spent for ‘making mice transgender.’ The article has been updated with context about the spending, which was for research studies on the potential human health impacts of treatments used in gender-affirming care."

As FOX News accurately reported, CNN's "edited version of the fact-check changed the assertion on Wednesday from 'falsely claimed' to 'needs context,' adding the White House had since put out a list of federal grants involving mice receiving gender-transition treatments.

Being transgender is not a social pathology. It is caused by maternal hormones in utero in the first trimester.

There's no such thing as transgender mice. As noted before: Mice do not have a gender. We're talking about transgenic studies and experimenting with hormones.
 
Here's a question for MAGA: how would you make a mouse transgender if it is just a mental illness?

You see, the rest of us live in a reality where we can go back and listen to Trump’s own words, whereas you live in a reality where the only facts are those fed to you by the media. Hence, we’ll keep watching Donald whine about transgender mice followed quickly by you running [poor] cover for him.
