Democrats should create an alternative board, made of the fired board members, and fund their hosting an alternative award ceremony as they would have. They select the honorees as they always did.

I love it. For that matter, Democrats should create a lot of alternative institutions to replace the ones the cancel culture has been canceling.

Democrats should create a new Constitution. A modern one that corrects the problems with the old one. Things that have changed in our world which the original Constitution does not address. Such as the Second Amendment. It should include FDR's Second Bill Of Rights. And it should kick the big money influence out of government once and for all.

Democrats should create this new foundation for reforming our nation in a modern form, and then campaign on ratifying it.

It should include very detailed safeguards for dealing with a monster like Trump.

It should include methods to ensure the checks and balances on the power of the executive, which has grown out of proportion and become imbalanced.
