Yes, when you get large crowds of grandparents out to protest, you don't run into a lot of the violence, arson, killing, and looting you see with other large, left-wing demonstrations. We should give credit when due.

This thread isn't about the millions of people who turned out for the No Kings rally the other day.

Its about the response to the militarization of our communities.

It notes that when Hitler used violence, it actually appealed to the masses and they increasingly supported it. Partially because the opposition had no effective response.

The dressing as inflated animals has proved effective in belittling the effort.

Beating demonstrators dressed in protective gear makes for better copy, so the demonstrators changed their tactic.

Its harder to support troops beating an inflated duck.

Kind of hard to implement the Insurrection Act when the enemy is dancing and biking around naked.

Pretty brilliant, really.

No, they weren't. Where are you getting your information from, because I'm certain you weren't at any of them?

I attended the one at Independence Mall in Philadelphia, and it was a huge crowd of people of all ages and ethnicities. I hate to burst your bubble, but I didn't see any old, angry white people there.
