Elon musk’s super pac is running contradictory ads in Michigan and PA. One claims Harris is too pro-Israel, while the other claims she is too pro-Palestine. It is not possible to genuinely hold both views at the same timing, meaning that the PAC is deliberately attempting to deceive voters. This behavior IMO is not “freedom of speech” and both the makers and funders of this strategy should go to prison.

I still think they are cool cars, but I have no desire to send my money in that political direction. I feel bad for the people who work there. Many of them probably don't agree with his politics.

I see some with stickers like I bought this before I knew Musk was an asshole or the like. There are a couple in my neighborhood. The one with 2 have Harris, Waltz signs out front.
 
As for the OP.

The First Amendment covers lies and damn lies.

It does not cover outright libel and slander, as Alex Jones and others have found out, but pretty much anything short of that is covered.
 
Some of the ads against Amendments 3 & 4 in Florida are lies and/or damned lies, both those produced privately and the ones the State of Florida is putting out deceptively disguised as public service announcements to evade campaign laws.

I just watched a democrat add touting Trumps Project 2025 agenda. So? Democrats lying outright despite Trump repeatedly denouncing he has any tie to 2025. So here we see democrats deliberately lying. Of course the are the party that gave us Trump Russian Collusion so why should we be surprised by more lies?

Blame the democrats. They forced dealers to make EV's with their stupid anti fossil fuel regulations on automakers. We have one that i keep seeing around town and you are correct, it's really ugly.
