I think the main thing is he isnt oing to give Nige any backchat and he is a safe pair of hands.
As someone who doesnt support this rabble I am pleased. His trump fantasies will make an agreeable riff in the nexy few years.

From my reading, Bull isn't "Leader", his role is different.

"Bull told BBC Radio 5 Live's Matt Chorley "part of my role will be to go around and make sure that I can actually keep morale high".
He also said he would act as a "conduit back to the professional party" addressing concerns raised by activists.

I think a big part of the job is to weed out the nazi sympathisers from gaining power.
