[Indiana] Daniels: Indiana has discovered a hidden $288 million

this would have been nice to know about when Daniels was cutting the education budget by hundreds of millions of dollars, closing schools, and firing teachers.
 
It would seem that some checks and balances in the money handling need to be created or re-examined. I would've guessed that someone would have noticed that revenues were off millions of dollars and looked into it.
 
Maybe they found some spare change under some couch cushions.
