CyberTruck is here, and it is incredible!

I sold my Dodge RAM earlier this year and took the missus’ hand me down Honda Crosstour. I was keeping my eye out for a ‘compact’ pick-up for hauling trash/brush or the occasional dimensional lumber. I drove the Ridgeline, (way to fancy and expensive; didn’t think I needed 400w of sound in the cargo area,) Nissan used to offer a decent small truck, not any longer, the new Frontier drive like a Sherman tank over rough terrain. Anything used, that I ran across, was from snow country and had a rattle-canned undercarriage, and a awful asking price. The Crosstour does well and there are no payments…….

I have a 2003 red Ford Ranger that I bought probably five years ago. It had 78,000 miles on it, so it still has plenty of miles to go. It had clearly been garaged its entire life and there was not a scratch on it. I don’t drive it much, but it sure is handy when I need it, as what I picked up a yard of mulch this past weekend to put on my flower beds. It’s not perfect. Six cylinder when I would have preferred four. Five-speed instead of automatic. No automatic windows or cruise control. Still, it’s nice to have when needed. Cost $6000, which was probably around $1000 too much, but I wanted it.
