Of course he defended Communism.
Quote the sentence or phrase where he defended communism in that post.

Our national stance towards Cuba is stupid beyond words. The last time that Cuba ever presented any kind of threat was in October 1963, and Kennedy took care of that...and why we still have an embargo is beyond me. We have had open relations - and even strongly supported - dictatorships that were far worse than Castros ever were (like Pakistan, for example).
If we really want to bring Cuba out of communism, the solution's easy - open up our capitalist markets to them, just as we did for the Soviet Union. Bring capitalism to Cuba, and while it's possible the Castros may not fall, their communist system certainly will."
Yeah, it must be a coincidence that the CIA station in Mexico City observed Oswald entering the Cuban embassy multiple times three months prior to Kennedy's assassination.
Conspiracy theoring apdst? Oswald tried to defect to Cuba. He was denied and told he could only go there on a temporary visa and then move on to Russia. This is all well known information. None of it says they worked with him to kill Kennedy. Now, stop digging your hole.
There is no real need for the left to spy on Cuba, which makes this idea preposterous. These leftists in academia already hate America, have supported communism all their lives, and think Fidel Castro is a hero. What more could they want? And as I said either here or in the other thread on this subject, does anyone think any substantial, even statistically significant portion of "the left" is spying for Cuba? Let's get serious.
Blah, blah, blah indeed.
Why do you dismiss this? Are you in favor of such things?

The "Blah blah blah" was me dismissing APACHERAT's "Discover the Networks" crap for the hackish garbage that it is.
I have to agree with you Hatuey, Oswald was a lone gunman who was a communist supporter. I notice no one ever talks about the Police officer he killed when he was fleeing? Doesn't fit the narrative I guess?
Absolutely correct. My error and in fact I was following that point, despite my using 'for' for "on|. Glad you caught that.Spy FOR Cuba, not ON Cuba. Like I wrote, yanno.
For many people it still has not ended. And of course any well read person would know that it was more than a 'scare'. Millions of people perished because of this left wing lunacy.More claptrap. For some of you "independents" (LOL), it's like the Red Scare never ended.
Why not so some research?I don't doubt that there are some in academia who have communist sympathies, but I would say the percentage is absolutely infinitesimal.

I don't think it's that it "doesn't fit the narrative" (whatever that's supposed to mean), it's that the historical significance of the president's assassination is slightly higher.
Well I know some claim he was just setup and actually had nothing at all to do with the assassination. Sooo
Better dead than red!
Seriously, anyone who thinks that Cuban influence in academia is at any level above microscopic is an idiot. The Fox article just says, based on the report, that Cuba is trying to place moles in academia. It says nothing about how successful the Cubans have been.
Well I know some claim he was just setup and actually had nothing at all to do with the assassination. Sooo
Not theory. Everything I posted is fact.
Except the part where you claim he worked with the Cubans to kill Kennedy. There is no evidence of that. Only assumption. Please stop digging your hole.
That was funny!

Actually, it is evidence. The strongest evidence that exists, so far.
My personal judgment has been that it was the Cubans acting at the behest of the Vietnamese. It's just my speculation.
For the benefit of Communism, as a whole.
