My god... And I thought my in-laws had a fat cat(probably 20+).
Mice probably sit right in his face and taunt him. Poor cat..

We have a ginger cat and they are supposed to be chow hounds. This one won't touch anything in the way of human food. Turns its nose up at chicken, ham, cheese, etc.
He likes his kibbles and licks the gravy off of the canned food, his partner eats the rest. She's starting to get chunky.

That's animal abuse. The cat should be removed to a place where the owners would love it.
