If people choose to gather freely to exercise their religion regardless of circumstance the government is prevented from interfering. The Constitution does not make any exceptions.

You will find a right to freedom of religion and freedom of assembly in the Constitution (neither can be hindered due to a pandemic). However, a right to abortion and same sex marriage does not exist in the Constitution.
