Could Nunes beome part of the Senate investigation?

With all the questionable things that Nunes has done in the past week, could Nunes actually become part of the Senate investigation into the Russian hacking and whether the Trump administration had anything to do with it? It seems that the Senate Committeee seems to be more bipartisan and more about country over party. Hopefully it will stay that way and not either become a witch hunt or a cover up of what happened. With Nunes at its head and Ryan backing him, I can't see the House Committee doing anything or real importance. Nunes seems to be only interested in supporting Trump, which is too bad as this kind of investigation could have made his career. Now he will just be looked at as a political hack, pun intended.
