Show us how much the gop hates the federal government as they try like hell to sick that same federal government on the Democrats. They bitch and moan about the federal government right up to the second they take control of it and then, anything goes in this corrupt administration.

Paxton, for his campaign, is fighting Hot Wheels in the Texas Supreme Court over who gets to throw Democrats out of office.

Which is a good reason for Paxton to lose his job, his license, and his right to own firearms.

Guess you forgot about the IRS' campaign against republicans under the Obama administration, of the overzealous prosecution of "trespassing by the Biden administration yet illegally entering the U.S. didn't seem to spark much of a reaction by the Biden administration. How many illegals, a crime by itself, have been arrested and charged with murder, rape, assault, sex trafficking, drug trafficking and other crimes?

Crossing the border illegally is a misdemeanor and way more Americans commit the same kinds of crimes....and some are good people.
 
The law in TX says the members must attend. Leaving the stat is their "out". Upon returning to Texas they may face $500 a day fines, being arrested, and possibly being removed from their seats.
The hypocrisy of the democrats. Threats to democracy. Rather than show up and vote, the obstruct the process because they can't win on the issue. IF this were republicans the democrats and the left media would be going nuts and showing this all over the various left wing media sites.
