I was looking something up today regarding the wealthiest members of the House and found this bit; Dan Goldman of NY (D), who came to prominence first as a commentator on MSNBC and then as one of the impeachment managers in the first Trump impeachment, is an heir to the Levi-Strauss company. Already wealthy before he gets his inheritance.

Yep. And Tucker is an heir to the Swanson TV dinner fortune. Love my High-rise Wedgies. Swanson not so much.

Tucker's dad married the heir to the Swanson fortune, Tucker's step mom, but the company itself had been sold to the Campbell Soup Company before the marriage. Tucker's biological mom left the family when he was six, moved to France, and they never saw her again.
