Trump said he has "concepts of a plan" for healthcare. Concepts of a plan?

He's had YEARS. This was one of his signature promises - he was going to reveal his great inexpensive and soooo much better healthcare plan in “a couple of weeks". That was 7-8 years ago. Conman trying to con, that’s all he is.

Even Starlord thought he had 12% of a plan.

 
Unfortunate that he was unable to articulate any of these "concepts."
 
Am I correct in remembering Trump at one point proudly presenting a large sheaf of papers and telling us that it was his fantastic new health care plan?? Don't tell me he was lying?? Surely not???????

Had Joe Biden said this, or even Harris, we'd hear about it on the news cycle 24/7 for the next week. But for Trump? His stupidity is so normalized it will barely be a blip on the radar.

Also, in fairness to Trump, while he certainly has no healthcare plan and never will, the GOP establishment doesn't either, and they also will never have one.

Last night Jimmy Kimmel ran a series of clips of Trump promising a plan (and concepts of a plan) going back years. It's hysterical.

 
Donald never had a healthcare plan. He doesn’t care about that.

I was so confused people told me trump wants to build on obamacare and not destroy it.

Thats not true they wanna destroy it and didnt make a plan to replace it with.
