Norm Coleman, seeing the writing on the wall, has taken a position with the Republican Jewish Coalition, a lobbying group.

He is still fighting Minnesota's Senatorial election in court, but he knows its only a matter of time until Franken goes to Washington. Until then, he is going to do the most he can to delay giving the Democrats another vote in the Senate chambers.

Meanwhile, some more asshattery is afoot in Washington, where Democrats are going to attempt to seat Franken before the court challenge is resolved. They are out of their minds, of course. Constitutionally, they cannot seat Franken because, under Minnesota law, there is still no winner.

So, while Coleman holds the state of Minnesota as a hostage for his agenda, Franken seeks to break the law.

I must say, two of the finest asshats Minnesota has ever produced.

There's a Republican Jewish Coalition?

Of course. A lot of the Neocons were Jewish too. But the vast majority of Jews are Democrats and Liberal. Like any other group, the Jewish community has people on both sides of the aisle.

NOTE: Coleman and Franken are both Jewish.

Think he used Franken as a reference?
