Michael Cohen spent July 4 scrubbing all reference to Trump from his social media accounts. Sounds like a guy getting ready to flip. And since most of the alleged misdeeds happened in NY State, a Federal pardon will do him no good.

If there's any utility in removing his affiliations with trump, then it's just to further warn his former boss that he's going to flip at any moment. Trump, meanwhile, doesn't seem to care at all. It's certainly telling that trump doesn't believe he has anything to fear legally.

Trump has appeared to evolve in recent weeks from acting above the law to genuinely believing that the law can no longer touch him. That should be concerning for everybody.
