It seems RFK Jr. has dismissed the entire 17 member Health Services Vaccine Advisory Board.

Apparently the Sec'y of Health Services, with his experience, knowledge, and judgement in the Medical Sciences, has deemed the former board inferior, and will appoint superior advisors.

Why not? What do we need them for? It's not like there were any negative consequences after the last time Donald Trump defunded his predecessor's global health and biodefense department of the CDC, likely saving the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars in bloated government salaries in 2018 and 2019. After all there hadn't been a high death toll global pandemic in 100 years...
