(CNN) Appeals court rejects Trump’s bid to fire Fed Governor Lisa Cook
--
“The district court issued its preliminary injunction after finding that Cook is likely to succeed on two of her claims: her substantive, statutory claim that she was removed without ‘cause’… and her procedural claim that she did not receive sufficient process prior to her removal in violation of the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment,” Garcia and Childs wrote.

Federal Reserve Board Governor Lisa Cook will remain on the Fed Board of Governors, and participate in this week's Fed meeting. For now, at least.

Already being discussed...

Well, I guess it falls to SCOTUS to make Trump the boss of the Fed. The vote will fall 6-3 and that black bitch will finally be kicked to the curb and Trump will replace her with a white man, the way God intended. [/SARCASM]
I have stopped playing attention to appelate court decisions, because I don't think what they say has ANY influence on the current court. I just don't believe it matters how air tight the legal reasoning, or how well researched the opinion is, or how consistent it reflects precedent. Those Justices do whatever the hell they want.

Six of them do. Roberts tried to be a moderate for awhile but he's thrown in the towel.
