SureSee post #447.
You aren't reading my posts. I've corrected statements like this as well.
Now you are just going to mudslinging. Not interested. I'm happy to have an adult conversation when you are ready.
Again, not interested in your insults. I thought you were done 3 posts ago?Sure

From where?Banned Words List
And the terrorist attacks were in response to being moved off their property. That's silly. The interim borders were moved because the Palestinians were conducting terrorist attacks. And terrorism isn't a rational response, especially if you are seeking peace.
And yes, I'm biased by the history of the conflict, and the agreements made by those involved. Please read up.
Oops sorry about thatFrom where?
Again, the terrorist attacks were happening decades before the changes to the temporary boundaries. It's not a chicken vs. egg thing, and to try to make that argument shows a lack of understanding of the situation. And the terrorist attacks were in response to being moved off their property.
You are biased in favor of Israel . And refuse to see that pushing people off their land and putting Israeli settlers in their place creates the very terrorism that you help about.
Israel itself was moving people off land just being created.Again, the terrorist attacks were happening decades before the changes to the temporary boundaries.
But you ARE saying it’s a chicken before the egg thing. That’s your argument? “ They started displacing people only because of terrorism ,, it’s all on the Palestinians. “It's not a chicken vs. egg thing, and to try to make that argument shows a lack of understanding of the situation.
No the conflict started when Israel was created by the UN despite objections by the people living in the region. The entire Arab-Israeli conflict started as an attack by the surrounding Arab nations against Israel to try to once again push them out.
IOW, from not-yet-fired bureaucrats who made ludicrous lists, mostly in response to the end of DEI. I don't think I'll be guided by any of them, and I don't think any of them bestow permission to ignore the law.Oops sorry about that
Take your pick
No, you are trying to make a chicken vs egg argument. The armistice boundaries were moved because of the terrorism. The issue should have been negotiated and resolved long ago, but the Palestinians refuse to do so.Israel itself was moving people off land just being created.

That’s your argument.

It co tongues because instead of any reconciliation Israel continues to build settlements.
No you are. You keep saying that “ it’s the Palestinians “ they were terrorists so everything Israel does is the fault of the Palestinians. No, you are trying to make a chicken vs egg argument. The armistice boundaries were moved because of the terrorism. The issue should have been negotiated and resolved long ago, but the Palestinians refuse to do so.
And yes, the conflict that started the current event was the Arab-Israeli war .
Of course banning words doesn't negate any laws or need to follow laws. It was a facetious remark. However, all the memo's to departments make it clear that the list of banned words is to be taken seriously.IOW, from not-yet-fired bureaucrats who made ludicrous lists, mostly in response to the end of DEI. I don't think I'll be guided by any of them, and I don't think any of them bestow permission to ignore the law.
Cute, though.
The various groups have been fighting over the area for thousands of years. We're talking about the present conflict and arrangement, which is in the fallout of the Arab-Israeli war. And that left the group called the 'Palestinians' inside of Israel, with an Armastice that included negotiating final borders and resolution. Israel and it's neighbors agreed on borders, and the people left within those in a limbo to resolve. They refuse to do that and instead wage a campaign of terror and have a stated goal to take Israel - so yes, it's their fault they are still in limbo. No you are. You keep saying that “ it’s the Palestinians “ they were terrorists so everything Israel does is the fault of the Palestinians.
No the conflict that started it all was the creation of an Israeli state against the wishes of the people living in the region.
The fall out is from Israel being formed despite the people in the region not wanting it. That’s the reason for the war.The various groups have been fighting over the area for thousands of years. HEAR!HEAR! Post that needs repeating. ThanksThat tribalism sentiment is one of the most detrimental things to our democracy. It gets in the way of compromise, and to be frank, good governance. Not everything Trump does is bad. Not everything he opposes is good. There's a lot of gray.
In this case, what Columbia did was not good - and a lot of people suffered. They should take their punishment and take steps to fix it.
It's ironic that you are quoting a poem that's talking about the oppression of Jewish people, and others ignoring it and not speaking out. That's exactly what Columbia did.
Different people, including those that are Jewish, have been warring over the area for THOUSANDS of years. They have been moving in and out. Many have laid claim to it. People now called the Palestinians are relative newcomers. Trying to say who was there first is difficult. But again, Israel is there. Arab nations around it went to war, were beaten back, and the sides declared an end to the conflict. That ended over seven decades ago.The fall out is from Israel being formed despite the people in the region not wanting it. That’s the reason for the war.
Good grief. If the Palestinians wanted to live in peace, and work out a way to carve out land, they are going to have to stop being terrorists. And I don't think they can afford to pay restitution for all the damage they have done.Israel is who has to peacefully resolve this situation. Through restitution , stopping the settlements and withdrawing the settlers etc.
It didn’t end because the people who were there prior to the war were displaced . Then after the war the people living were further displaced as Israel kept territory beyond its mandate and started settlements.Different people, including those that are Jewish, have been warring over the area for THOUSANDS of years. They have been moving in and out. Many have laid claim to it. People now called the Palestinians are relative newcomers. Trying to say who was there first is difficult. But again, Israel is there. Arab nations around it went to war, were beaten back, and the sides declared an end to the conflict. That ended over seven decades ago.
oh please. The Israelis were actively pushing peaceful Palestinians out of their homes and building settlements . The idea that every Palestinian is a terrorist and should lose their land because of the actions of a terrorist is absurd.Good grief. If the Palestinians wanted to live in peace, and work out a way to carve out land, they are going to have to stop being terrorists.
The Israelis most certainly can and it will help create peace. And I don't think they can afford to pay restitution for all the damage they have done.
The concept of a unity executive, which Trump is now taking to a new level, is substantially the product the right, which has been substantially pushing this for more than a generation. The idiotic SCOTUS decision of last July that gives Trump broad immunity was largely based on the Federalist society approved justices that believe this perversion of our system. The upside is Trump is demonstrating to the naive left how dangerous government really is. When you lot are in charge you grant the state enormous powers, and never consider how it benefits a guy like Trump when it's his turn to run things.
Sorry, I just do not see how you can hang this on the "left".....
You are saying trump is a leftist?FDR and Woodrow Wilson are the two main villains, and they were both leftists. Wilson is one of the founders of the progressive movement, and FDR was the most left wing president in US history. Those two pieces of shit are why the executive branch has so much power today. They were both extremely power hungry and pushed to get as much power for themselves as possible.
You are saying trump is a leftist?
Please explain.
Well you are forgetting Theodore Roosevelt , Richard Nixon and Abraham Lincoln.I was pointing out the reasons why the executive branch has so much power today, which in turn led to Trump having so much power today.
