Which ones? Newt? Rudy? McCain? Who are you referring to?[*]Republicans are waiting for their candidates to post bail
Wow, I'm completely shocked.
I sure didn't see this coming.
I was being facetious on that one.Originally posted by CurrentAffairs:

In all likelyhood, if the Democrats don't start doing what they were elected to do in this past election, which is start Senate level hearings on the conduct and actions of the current Adminstration, I will be voting Republican in '08.
You give yourself far too much credit.Originally posted by CurrentAffairs
I love keeping you honest
You give yourself far too much credit.
And don't interrupt!
I wasn't finished...
Tooooo Funny.....Billo_Really said:Republicans are waiting for their candidates to post bail
You obviously underestimate the GW apologists spinmeisters...they can twist a turd into a pretzel..:lol:Billo_Really said:What will they say then? Because if we become respected around the world (again) under the Clinton II Presidency, the last thing you could say was it was due to the Bush Administration.
Thank you God..........My prayers have been answered.....
Now if she only can get the nomination
I won't let it happen, Navy Pride! *stomps her feet in anger*
Come on aps, don't spoi:2wavel my day.........:2wave:
Oooh, but it's okay for you to spoil my day. I see the way this friendship works.
Hillary won't get the nomination. She's too polarizing. :2wave:
I so hope you are right. I think that Hillary would be a great president. But, I oppose her candidacy. The Republicans have won this round of political tactics, and made her unelectable.
I have decided I will likely support Obama. Inexperienced but Charismatic.
Me too. Like what he stands for? What makes him think he is experienced enough? Why his middle name is Hussein?I still want to learn more about him before making my final decision.

That sounds like a solid plan. :boomI have decided I will likely support Obama. Inexperienced but Charismatic.

Hussein is scary......In this time when we are facing the biggest challenge in this country's history I don't want someone president who is still wet behind the ears........
Nice cheap shot. It reveals more about you than it does me, however. What is the word someone uses to describe people who try to 'win' arguments through attacking the casual remarks of their opponents? I will trust the readers to apply appropriate labels to you.
Obama's actions concerning crime
Obama's actions concerning Defense
Obama's actions concerning Education
Obama's actions concerning the Environment
Obama's actions concerning Health Care
Obama's actions concerning Homeland Security
Obama's actions concerning Immigration
Obama's views on Iraq
Obama's actions concerning Veterans
Concerning Hillary (the topic of the thread), She has many of the same views as Obama, and is equally intelligent. However, the reasons she would not be good for this country is that she has become too divisive. I do not believe that she is deserving of this status, but it remains the truth nevertheless. For this reason, it is unlikely that I could vote for her over the Republican candidates so far. However, due to the influence of the religious right, I am not at all comfortable voting for any Republican candidate, but this will remain to be seen. If the Republican can make it to the nomination, and through the election without making promises to the religious right, I would almost certainly vote for the Republican over Hillary. To be clear, it is unlikely that I will vote for any candidate that the religious right is comfortable with.
I am ambiguous because so much is still up in the air.
