I Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders were the only 2 candidates and both had a enqual chance at winner, who would you rather see become President?
Sanders is saying some appealing things but I think a lot of people who might want him to win think they'd be throwing their vote away, seeing him as an impossible long shot candidate. So, for the sake of argument suppose the polls indicated Sanders was just as likely to win as Clinton.
The thought of the head of the Clinton crime family or the antique commie being president makes me nauseous.
Perfect combo right. A conspiracy theorists and someone who doesnt understand basic political philosophy. The jack of all trades.
What's to understand. Hillary is corrupt. Sanders wishes he was Swedish. Sanders should go to Sweden and Clinton should go to prison.
If Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders were the only 2 candidates and both had a equal chance at winning, who would you rather see become President?

So since Hillary is corrupt that equates a conspiracy to kill people?
So since Bernie wants to move us towards a social democracy that means he is a communist?
There are no communists left in the world except perhaps in Cuba.

Americans agree with Sanders, including a majority of republicans on many issues.
There is a big difference between issues and policy. Everyone should have access to education is an issue. Paying for it is policy and that's when Sanders leaves earths orbit.
The CBS/NYT poll found that:
– 80% of Republicans believe that money has too much influence in our politics.
– 54% believed that most of the time candidates directly help those who gave money to them.
– 81% of Republicans felt that the campaign finance system needed fundamental changes (45%) or a complete rebuild (36%).
– 64% are pessimistic that changes will be made to reform the campaign finance system.
– 71% want to limit the amount that individuals can give to campaigns.
– 73% felt that super PAC spending should be limited by law.
– 76% thought that superPACs should be required to disclose their donors.
All of these positions are held by Sanders, and the opinion of the majority on each question is the exact opposite of the reasoning used by the majority of the Supreme Court in the Citizens United decision.
Poll Finds: 80% Of REPUBLICANS Agree With Bernie Sanders On Citizens United
Many Republican candidates would agree on many of these issues. Again, they are issues. Policy is quite different and that's where Bernie fails. Bernie would tax the living daylights out of us so the government could give things away. We are taxed enough and we can't afford Bernie's ideas.

Semantics. Bernie has suggested Wall Street and the 1% to pay for policies on these issues. Which the people polled above would support.
Contrary to Republican dogma, polls show that the American people strongly support higher taxes to reduce the deficit and improve income inequality. Following are 19 different polls since the first of the year that say so.

The difference between issues and policies isn't semantics. Your link says that lots of people support higher taxes on someone else, those making over 250k. I support raising taxes on you, not me. That invalidates the polling. You can spin this any way you want. Socialism only works until you run out of someone else money.
