Leftist leaders of the environmental movement are attacking far Left filmmaker and Bernie Sanders supporter Michael Moore, trying to destroy the progressive documentarian for honestly pointing out the green energy scam is nothing more nor less than crony capitalism disguised as the planet’s salvation in his new film, “Planet of the Humans,” released on YouTube for free viewing on the 50th anniversary of Earth Day.

I think global warming is very real...but some environmentalists are not. I had no idea about the 'biofuel' problem until I watched Michael Moore's documentary. It painted a very bleak outcome for the survival of our planet...and the only logical solution for saving it is to have less people.

From the article:

“It turned out the wakeup call was about our own side,”... “It was kind of crushing to discover that the things I believed in weren’t real, first of all,...

I don’t believe the fewer humans BS, because climate change isn’t a man made problem... and we cannot control the climate... that’s an absurd and arrogant thought (but great for controlling people) but... I digress...

For those who believe we need fewer humans... I say Democrats start solving the problem... like... take it into your own hands.***

Biofuel was a retarded idea... making fuel from food. It caused real hardships for those who use corn as a staple.

***Simply providing an absurd response to an absurd claim.

Carlin summed it up well (the planet will do just fine):

Wind and solar have their place alongside fossil fuels. A diverse energy grid is a good energy grid. Getting all your power from one fuel source is just too risky. Furthermore, wind and solar can be very useful for locations without access to a central grid.

Ultimately, however, the way to reduce carbon emissions most effectively is to cut energy consumption directly, rather than trying to switch everything to renewables.

You expect us to believe you're genuinely concerned about the hardships of the poor, when you're also advocating for Democrats to kill people to stop climate change?

It's hard to ignore those before and after satellite photos of the pollution and not believe that climate change is a man made problem.

Chopping up entire forests to use for biofuel is the antithesis of what the environmental movement is supposed to be about. So it was disturbing to learn that almost all the environmental leaders and organizations were billionaires and heavily invested in biofuels.

Mother nature has a way of reducing populations...if the plague doesn't kill them, the famine will.

Carlin summed it up, alright...'the planet will do just fine' ...after humans made themselves extinct. He didn't seem to have much sympathy for people, did he? lol

Many leading environmental organization are critical of today use of biofuels. So that is just one of many things the documentary got wrong.

Everything You Didn’t Know You Needed to Know About Biofuels | Sierra Club

While at same all forms of biofuels are not bad. That you can for example use residues and wastes but even then the amount is limited. So you need to use it there it have the most effects and are most efficient. Like for example efficient and clean district heating plants that not only can produce both heat and electricity but also use waste heat from industries.

District heating

Also you have positive examples from around the world that shows that the transition away from fossil fuel is possible.

LCOE from large scale PV fell 4% to $50 per megawatt-hour in six months – pv magazine International

Denmark Passes Magic 50% In Renewable Electricity Generation Milestone.

SSAB to be first to market with fossil-free steel

Electric Cars Hit Record In Norway, Making Up Nearly 60 Percent Of Sales In March

That the problem is that this transition could and should come decades ago but sadly you have had powerful economical and political intrests that delayed the transition. So it vital that you will now have a green recovery that speed up the transition away from fossil fuels.

There it also many ways we can make a difference both as citizens and as consumers.

Ten simple ways to act on climate change

HyrdoCarbon fuels power the world... and have done so reliably for well over a century.

Renewables are risky, and some... like biofuels (like turning food into fuel) are downright idiotic.

You can’t run industry on renewables... and Moore just illustrated this voodoo ain’t green either.

You see this “***” in the OP... there is hidden script which follows. Copy, past and read it.

Cutting trees down is not even close to teh biggest problem of bio-energy.

Biofule is created with food. 40% of US arable production and a similar amount of EU food goes into biofuel. This has raised the price of food at no CO2 benefit. Food would be half the price if we stopped.

The 3 billion people who live on less than $3.25 a day die in the 40s. If they had food at a free market price rather than the mamipulate one we have they would expect to reach 60. Around 20 million deaths per year.

The tropical jungle and forests that are being chopped down today are dying because of the planting of palm oil.

Sources for those claims? That yes you have unsustainable bio fuels production and they need to stop. While if you want to focus on people ability to feed themself and land use you also have bigger problems to deal with. For example global inequality and overconsumption of meat.

""If all the grain currently fed to livestock in the United States were consumed directly by people, the number of people who could be fed would be nearly 800 million," David Pimentel, professor of ecology in Cornell University's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, reported at the July 24-26 meeting of the Canadian Society of Animal Science in Montreal. Or, if those grains were exported, it would boost the U.S. trade balance by $80 billion a year, Pimentel estimated.

With only grass-fed livestock, individual Americans would still get more than the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of meat and dairy protein, according to Pimentel's report, "Livestock Production: Energy Inputs and the Environment.""
