I don't know which is worse....

The fact that she lied like this.
or
The fact that she thinks she can lie like this.

.

Wrong questions.

The fact she lies and people still defend her, or that she lies like this and we're told it's different because... she cares.

I'm still waiting for someone to prove how Pelosi lied. Show me what she said that shows this. No assumptions please.

Well just as fact as the otherside has been. No one can prove that Bush lied, yet we hear did daily.....for 8 years.

Pelosi didn't lie and they know it. The point of this ridiculous charge is to divert the torture argument to Pelosi instead of the Bush administration. It's a Chewbaca defense.

You said she lied. I ask you again what her lie was.

She claimed she was not briefed on the use of waterboarding....

"In that or any other briefing we were not, and I repeat, were not told that waterboarding or any of these other enhanced interrogation techniques were used. What they did tell us is that they had some legislative counsel opinions that they could be used," -Nancy Pelosi

Ruh roh..... :rofl

It's right in front of your face.

Read the circled part where it lists pelosi's name as being briefed.

It is proven, stop digging, it looks foolish.

That is not a link, and doesn't provide information. Let me give you an example of a useful link, and please refrain from the constant sniggering, it makes you look foolish.

Hill Briefed on Waterboarding in 2002 - washingtonpost.com

Two relevant points here:
1 - the members were forbidden to discuss, take notes, or challenge what they were told
2 - there is no evidence that the torture aspects of waterboarding were described. At that time (2007) the official description of waterboarding (which we all heard) was that it was simulated drowning, and even that a plastic film prevented water from actually entering the victim. If the Congressmen heard these same lies, they would have no idea of the true details of the practice.

Uhm that is the form filled out as to who attended and what was discussed. Nothing you can say will change the fact that Pelosi lied.

"A source close to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi now confirms that Pelosi was told in February 2003 by her intelligence aide, Michael Sheehy, that waterboarding was actually used on CIA detainee Abu Zubaydah. "

Stop digging.

Since you quoted me for this, you can find where I have alleged that President Bush lied. I doubt you will find it, I try and be careful about accusations.

Well, if "a source close to her" said it I guess that would stand up in a court of law. :doh

I said Bush lied. All you have to do is Google "Bush lies" and you'll need a wheel barrel to carry all the sites that come up.

Peruse these for your own entertainment. However, be warned. You may need a hanky to wipe away your tears. The realization of the behavior of a United States of America President is down right sad. Sad indeed.

It is a fact, George W. Bush lied to the American people... over and over and over...

You may have said it, but I did not. And yet the accusation was made to me.

Hang that bug-eyed psycho-slut Piglosi with a piano wire.

Today's date is May 13, 2009 and GWB is no longer president. Why not pull your head out of your...................past and deal with the socialist regime in the white house?

I don't care for Pelosi, at all. I also refuse to rush to judgment on issues. If it turns out that we can prove she lied, I will happily condemn her. Right now the facts are somewhat in question yet, so I am holding off.

Yet everyone was fine rushing to judgment about Rove, Bush and Cheney calling them morons, claiming they were criminals and prosecuting them in the court of public opinion; but God forbid we should now want to rush to any judgment against the very offensively repugnant assholes who knew what was happening all along and now try to lie about it.

:rofl It's like groundhog day every day with you.

Nobody's rushing. Rove, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Addington, etc., etc. are criminals.

"Assholes"? Hmmm, me thinks somebody's got his panties in a twist. Starting to feel the heat over the testimony coming out about the truth of all this torture getting to ya? :2wave:

I did this when? Since I was talking about my opinions, you need to show where I rushed to judgment on those people or withdraw the claim.
