Last week, EU countries have stopped their importations of several Chinese products that contained too much melanine (and were toxic)

+ the Dalaï Lama is in official visit in Europe (he has met Sarkozy yesterday)

As a reaction, China has forbidden importation of Spanish milk, Italian alcohols, Dutch soya powder and Belgian chocolate!

...I guess they prefer chocolate with more melanine!

Only shows how childish the Chinese are. Now, do any of those bans pass WTO muster?

And that is exactly it...the Chinese government is childish. They do something wrong and then throw their little tantrums when they get called out on it.

"We don't want your melanine products because they kill people" is responded to with "we aren't going to take your perfectly safe products" when it should be responded to with "we should import more safe products for our people until we can fix this".

That childishness is pervasive in every dealing they have. Look at how they handled the opening ceremony of the Olympics...

China is actually a child, it is relatively new at being one of the most powerful governments on the planet. But yes, that wasn't a very 'mature' move. If China acts like a child, the rest of the world should treat it as such.

I hate china and its stupid commie government. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it! China is a stupid immature country and...stuff! Grrrrrr! X(
