To be fair I believe the U.S. still has more supercomputers at the top of the list, but this is probably going to change.
 
The USA is probably going to have to share a spot at the top soon.
 
Is there any area in which the U.S. is moving ahead compared to the rest of the world? All I ever see is declining economy, declining manufacturing, declining education, declining tech industry, declining this, declining everything.

We're #1 in the number of people we incarcerate (both per capita and in absolute terms). We're also #1 or #2 in obesity...I think Mexico surpassed us a couple years ago, but I'm confident we can take back our title with enough determination and Big Macs. :lol:

I think China has more prisoners in absolute terms and russia has a close incarceration rate. Not sure though.
