Sure...and the minute they can't pay back China's "aid", China seizes a piece of their country as compensation.

I do not think that China has the ability to do that. If they tried the natives would with support of neighbors conduct an insurgency. Neighboring countries would be happy to supply arms. The natives have the advantage of fighting in their own have territory.

If more than one country renegues on the debt then China's limited resources would be spread out.

China has been buying the worlds minerals through government influence peddling for YEARS. Are you just waking up to this reality? The money isnt going to the needy...its going to government officials.
