China Disrupts Chip-making Industry With Breakthru

China has just done another Deep Seek -- this time with a breakthrough in the chip-making industry.

Their new Laser-induced Discharge Plasma technique is said to be a cheaper and better approach than existing western technology.
While it doesn't currently outperform US/West/Taiwan's state-of-the-art, it does show China is on a path to superceding them in time.

Microelectronics is fundamental to technological supremacy.
