They know if brown people, including the ones here legally, see enough of these stories they will self deport. They certainly don't want to end up in some foreign death prison or have their kids locked up.

It's how some white people are getting some brown people to leave.

It's clearly a tie. The piece extending beyond his wrist is the piece of the tie that is past where it's clipped.
