Those people (the criminals you are speaking of) certainly shouldn't have guns. Perhaps we could place them in places where they don't?
Gun safety should be taught in high school, and we could reduce accidentals. (That massive 500 per year)

No thank you. I would like them IF they desire to own and use very dangerous things, to be identified so as not to be a harm to themselves or others.
