Censorship on Debate Politics?

Once again censorship raises it ugly head on what it supposed to be an open and unbiased forum. Today I began a thread titles "Just one more reason to "thank" Dubya..."

that was about an article on how the FDA has been gutted over the last three years. For some unexplained reason the title of the thread was changed to the title of the article "Risks of tainted food rise as inspections drop." What is up with the "editorial license" of the moderators of this forum? Was there something offensive to the supposed "unbiased" moderators in the original title?

Changing the title to actually represent the article does not display bias, it counteracts it.

THe bias provided was yours not the forum's.
 
As long as the title doesn't contain any offensive language it should be up to the author of the thread to decide what that title should be. Are you trying to say that by changing the title of a thread to make it more acceptable to a certain group or groups is not censorship?

One of those rules pertains to the titles of thread within that forum. Here is that rule:
The title of every post must be identical to the title of the news story headline. This is important as it helps to avoid multiple topics about an issue, while starting discussions out on a more neutral basis.

If a story is titled "Rice Negotiates With UN about Iran Nukes," then that should be the title of your thread, not "Warmongers Lie to try to Start WWIII" or "Condi Stands up to Euro-Wusses."

Yes but the media uses loaded words all the time in headlines whos to say whos is the most objective.Also everyone on here uses arguement fallacies at one point or another isnt that just how people get their point across most of the time?
