I have owned a purebred Lab, whom I adopted when he was one year old and kept until he died. Hero was part Lab himself. so I am very familiar with Labs.

I am not sure where you got the idea I wanted a sibling for Hero, however. Hero got cancer at a very early age (six) and died tragically in February 2023.
