Can SCOTUS now interfere w/a Declaration of Martial Law in the US?

Once martial law is invoked whether it be locally or nationally then the courts are closed. All jurisdiction falls to the military and military tribunals, however, because military law is based on the UCMJ they can not try a civilian with the same military code as the UCMJ, the Supreme Court can do nothing.
