Here ya go. The governor of California and now the Governor of New York is ready to move. ROCK, THE **** ON!!!!

California: 52 seats
Texas: 38 seats
New York: 26 seats

And all this is happening to keep a felon/pedophile out of prison (and to hurt brown people).

Special, never before seen footage of the old man after hearing this news...

Illinois may be joining the fun.
We only have one possible seat, my 16th with feckless maga-lite LaHood.
We do have a few CDs that need shoring up, which i would do first.
WA is 8-2 and OR 5-1 so not much there.
Dems have shit the bed in CO and AZ at 4-4 and 3-6 with supposed fair ‘commissions’.
Democrats did lose two seats in PA and one in MI that should be in play.
Ohio is our next problem, every two years.

So... no one is stopping them?

Cool. Democracy is ****ing awesome.

Be careful of what you wish for. If waves of redistricting and gerrymandering happen in many states, then that is a gift to Mr. Trump who could use that as a pretext to cancel or have the SCOTUS disqualify mid-term elections. With that precedent set, then it would be possibel to move on to doing the same in 2028. You could end up with a "president for life" and a congress frozen in time. Democracy is fragile.

Be well informed, be wise and be careful.
Evilroddy.

Wouldn’t it be easier for NY and CA to just ban Republicans from running?

Those who think of your ideas are more likely to implement them
Your Arizona ‘commission’ certainly screwed the Dems to get a 6-3 delegation.
The first and sixth are absolutely, precision, neighborhood by neighborhood apartheid gerrymanders.
Democrats must challenge your maps and 2020 census.

Liberals only like their own gerrymandering. More double standards. Boring.

Only 9 of California’s 52 congressional districts have elected Republicans.

How many more Democratic seats could be gained by redistricting?

Plus we voted to have an independent commission draw congressional districts — not exactly under control of CA Democrats.

Then we'll have a war on our hands. Acquiescing to overturning the democracy isn't going to work as a strategy.

Just 1 or 2 probably. This whole thing with electoral districts should be handled by apolitical committees rather than governments or legislatures.
