Hooray! This is just one more step in the right direction. The possibility to get a constitutional amendment started in the California Congress is pretty small. The whole anti-gay marriage movement is going to go down in history as bigotry just like the anti-miscegenation movement has done. (See US Supreme Court decision of Loving v. Virginia.)

yeah. 'Hooray'....ONE judge with the power to negate the will of a duly passed state initiative.

I hope you say 'hooray' when the shoe is on the other foot.
Regardless of your position on the farce of gay 'marriage', you should never be happy that an un-elected judge can weild this kind of power.
