What an informative interview.

One notable item was the move to digitize the Federal Retirement system retirement process.

I can speak from experience it is not an efficient process. Takes 6 months to reciecve your first check.

Iron Mountain its called is where the current process is conducted using pencil and paper.

This is great news for our civil servants

Quesiton is, why hasn't this been done before considering it is 2025?

Excellent interview and eventhough I've heard about a lot of what they have found it was still shocking to hear in detail.

I await the trolls here avoiding talking about what they revealed and trying to deflect.

Yeah, like the MS-13 news. They don't like to hear about success stories,

Musk lies, MAGA gushes.

Same cult, new leaders.

How much record keeping on your retirees do you really need? Salary history, job titles, discipline records, pensions, health insurance. Sounds like a computer database entry. I suppose you should keep enough data to fight a potential lawsuit if one comes about. Other than that, a retiree is a done deal. You can put everything on a flash drive.
