BREAKING: US Benghazi Hero Waited 20 Hours For Help With a Shredded Leg – While Obama Campaigned in Las Vegas
Diplomatic security agent David Ubben, like former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, ran into the Special Mission Compound (SMC) to help save US officials under siege in Benghazi. Ubben was struck by a mortar round that killed Woods and Doherty. His leg was shredded. Ubben was forced to wait twenty hours before a plane was sent to pick him up.
While Ubben was waiting for help with a shredded leg Barack Obama was campaigning in Las Vegas.

BREAKING: US Benghazi Hero Waited 20 Hours For Help With a Shredded Leg – While Obama Campaigned in Las Vegas | The Gateway Pundit
Benghazi Scandal "Phony Scandal?" - David Ubben Fought Alongside Doherty and Woods. Can anyone come up with a good reason why this man had to wait for twenty hours wounded and in pain to get medical treatment. We still want to know who gave the order to "Stand Down"? While Mr. Ubben lay in pain our dear leadr did the following:
After a good night sleep Obama flew to Las Vegas to campaign on September 12, 2012. (Zimbio)
So Libya is dangerous because of Obama? Umm...sure.
Noooo, that's not what is being said. We already know that Ambassador Stevens alerted the State Dept. to the needs for more security and that things were going to s*&*t. Why wasn't help sent when there were assets available for a timely rescue of the wounded and survivors?
To do so would have put the Embassy in Tripoli at risk. He knew Benghazi was dangerous, he still went without a security contingent. He put the mission and the interests of the United States above his own life, and he knew he was doing it.
We should be celebrating this admirable person. Instead we cheapen his death to score political points against Obama.
I'm sure that the surviving families of Doherty, Woods, Smith, Stevens and Ubben have been given that information. Surely they understand the fact that Obama had more important things to do like campaigning and telling lies about the Benghazi in the hours following the attack were more important.
Way to completely miss what I said.

not really. What you did was blame the man for his own death and avoided criticizing those who might could have prevented it because they have (D) following their names.
What nobody's been able to answer is why leaving the embassy unguarded would be a good thing. .
This was a Mission, not an embassy that's why it had much different security, ie no Marine Security Guards etc. I'm not excusing what happen just making a technical correction.
Benghazi was, yes. What I meant was why it would have been good to leave the embassy in Tripoli without adequate security.

Marine Security Guards did not leave the embassy at Tripoli, they're posted there 24-7.
The bureaucracy is to blame; as much as you'd like to think we can put boots on the ground for a rescue such a mission takes days of planning.
RIP
