Just like in other countries, Kimchi differs from province to province. lets look at the most popular Kimchis in the provinces.
Though it differs from province to province, the nutrition of Kimchi is just perfect.
Korea is developing new Kimchi that is maintaining the nutrition yet at the same time attractive to foreigners and younger generation.
