Please expound the ideals of this house cleaning. Are you suggesting that a more liberal government would be equally acceptable of completing a "cleaning of house".

You should provide a definition of the "deep state"as I have no idea of what you are referring to. Please include links to legitimate sources for the definitions.

Great, but in due course a new left wing government will be elected. That is the reality of elections.
 

No, here in the US we have a constitution that prevents that.

Why do you hate the rule of law and freedom?

So this is only of actual administrative employees, which makes perfect sense, if you are going to make a country great again only people on board with that agenda should be supervising those departments. This doesn't effect all public employees, only those who serve at the pleasure of the president. It's more akin to selecting the cabinet then a true "purge"
 
Here in the United States, we have a president who also wants to drain the swamp. As we all know, he is not doing so well, for the Establishment has too much at stake to let him succeed.

So maybe President Bolsonaro should proceed cautiously. Of course, he knows that the Brazilian military has taken "vigorous" action in the past against presidents that did not keep their place.

The deep state is like when they speak of Jesus. It's whatever they imagine it to be. You can't expect magical thinkers to be logical thinkers. Once they dip their toe in stupid, the rest of them must follow with a belly flop.
