Bill Maher goes nuclear on MAGA for Jimmy Kimmel ban

It is typical of Maher to go on rants surrounding a false narrative.
Again - remember - what the left really wants is to take away private companies rights to control their own programs.

You not see that??? It is the 4th or 5th line!
His dispute with the FCC chair, like many, was his language he used talking about controlling the media as a whole. Not Kimmel.
I realize you, and most of you here, ignore all reality in order to support the false narrative you are fed - you will follow whatever you are told to.

Thanks for posting that again, many people need a reminder of the hypocrisy and lies of Donald Trump. Some people remember it, but give it a pass because they care as much about our country and democracy as the Fuhrer trump himself.
 
Perhaps Bill can straighten all this out over a friendly lunch with the president.

The problem of the left, is they ignore reality in favor of what they want to be true.
You all WANT Kimmel's suspension to be about 1st amendment, or Trump corruption etc.
Losing his job because station affiliates, whose primary stations are in areas that don't appreciate Kimmels nightly one-sided political shit show, is not something you can get all Karen about. Because, well golly, they have a right to do that. Businesses can choose to stop carrying a product that less and less and less people want - so they can replace it with something they do want. Nooooooooooo - it must be a scandal!!! First amendment!!! Censorship!!! GRRRRRRRRR!!!! TTRRRRRRRUUUMMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jimmy Kimmel was not removed from television because of some Donald Trump thing. His show was suspended because he had 120 k viewers in the key demo.

This has nothing to do with Trump. Jimmy Kimmel's show had a 120 k viewers in the key demographic. That's why it was removed.

He is a "top layer" kind of guy.

You are making that argument right in this thread.
The left want to boycott Disney/Sinclair and shoot through the windows of an ABC affiliate - all because they decided to stop one of their products.
Which they 1000% have a right to do, which you don't want them to.
 
Maher is no doubt a pompous ass, but I watch his show because he is equally critical of both parties, as are the people on his panels. Why would he have Joe Manchin on his panel if only wanted to cow-tow to the left? He mentioned in this last segment that he has invited Kamala Harris and AOC to be on his show and they have never accepted. He's had Ted Cruz and Ron DeSantis on his show, for God's sake.
