The question has been raised many times. For years, I've noted how impressed I am that one in a state of mental decline could get an infrastructure bill passed within a year, while a stable genius couldn't do it in four.

That depends on the congress doesnt it.
When did you get your degree in psychology. Trumps mental state is fine and his reliance is astounding. Biden had dementia before he was elected and his decompensation was dramatic. He may have had 2 types vascular resulting from his stroke and AFIB and Lewy Body resulting from his Parkinson's Disease. Biden was incapable of running the country and we dont know who was. This is the worst scandal in American history and the investigations have just started. Democrats manipulated BIden into winning the nomination to keep Sanders from winning and it turned out to be the biggest mistake they ever made and they are paying for it now.
 
After the debate nobody needed to hear the tape. It was released for political reasons only . I also beleive their was a court order to keep it private but I'm, not sure about that.

Biden obviously had nothing to do with that. The question is who was making the Presidential decisions instead of Biden who clearly wasn't capable or in control.

Touchy subject for you isn't it? The president doesn't run the country alone. There's a symbiotic relationship between the president, the vp, the cabinet, the representatives and the senators. When a president becomes incapacitated, assassinated, or removed from office, the government continues to operate.

There's no escape from hypocrisy for anyone who supports tRump and whines about lies and hiding thiings from the public.

False. There are many people, including multiple posters here, who still claim Biden had no cognitive issues and he was just old and had a stutter.
