Biden's last 76 days of DOE spending

In Biden's last 76 days, he gave out $93 billion in loans to companies with no financial statements or business plans.
This was more than the Department of Energy loaned in the previous fifteen years.
This looks like fraud.
They should audit these companies, and check their ties to corrupt Democrat politicians.

I'm still trying to grasp this, the "last 76 days" is the beginning of FY2025, the dispersal of funding by the DOE is done by DOE under what was passed by Congress, so this idea that the Biden admin did this is suspect, they did what Congress authorized. If I go to the govspend website, it shows that DOE funding has been consistent through the Biden admin, and the dispersal of DOE funding in FY2025 is at @ 40%, and then goes flat, because Don is ending dispersal of previously approved funding. On top of this we have Kennedy with his cornpone hick schtick, "oh golly gee thats a lot o money"....without accepting that this is how govt works. If the complaint is that DOE accelerated the dispersal of funding before Donny could stop it, well no shit....that what they and we were afraid of.

This is even less than what I expected, I expect at least a half hearted attempt to point to some funding mentioned in the OP to show that Kennedy or Wright is correct, that it is "corrupt".

If this is true and ANY of it illegal the culpable parties, sending and receiving the funds, should wind up in prison.

NONE of any of that though should detract from the blatantly obvious criminal selling of the influence of the Oval Office and Emoluments Clause violations of selling billions in crypto currency and other billions in real estate deals all made solely for personal profit from behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Offuce and in missions abroad, despite anyone claiming it’s not done behind this seal:




Those involved in THAT should wind up in prison as well.

The video is that of a congressional hearing. Nothing is misconstrued. It is fact, unless the testimony if false.
 
I'm still trying to find any details on these DOE Loan Program dispersal irregularities, what I find initially are the sharing of this story appearing to start from PJ Media, and then it spreads through the rwsphere, but it is just the same splash as the op and no detail.

At the DOE GAO site there is a GAO report on how the DOE is behind on issuing funding from the 21 IIJA even when staffing was increased and they admit that their recommendations for staffing improvements are moot with the staffing cuts taking place.
