Talk to your congressperson about sponsoring a bill to limit the amount of money people can make then.
I don't want to limit the amount of money people make, merely to impose a tax scale that taxes an increasing percentage of their earnings
Something like 98% on everything over $1 million.
Define "rich" and define "poor".

What are the monetary thresholds?
There are no absolute thresholds.
Some people feel "poor" because they can't afford unnecessary "stuff" that they want...
Citation ?
Some people are considered "rich" simply because they live in a certain neighborhood. They may have a multi-million dollar house, but they arent "millionaires" Being rich is very subjective, as is being poor. If you are talking about people at the federal poverty level or below, thats another thing. Again though, people being at that level involves many factors. Hardly any of which has anything to do with how much money Jeff Bezos has.
So you admit the terms "rich" and "poor" is subjective
So asking what the thresholds are was a bit of a stupid question, wasn't it ?
