Woke ideology has created a conundrum where actual women are being pushed aside.

Now anyone can identify as a woman and receive preferential consideration for federal job opportunities and contracts.

This actually diminishes the very purposes and equality it was designed to create. The playing field has been tilted away from women.
 
What is your definition of a "women"?

Well, a lot of people cannot define "woman," but they know one when they see one.

Transwomen should be given all the respect that we owe to any other human being.

But they are not "women."

Provide a legal definition of "woman" that includes the laws of every state without any contradiction or leaving anyone out that any state recognizes as a woman.

Then provide a biological definition of woman based off of actual scientific information without contradiction or exceptions.

And then provide a sociological definition of woman without contradiction or exceptions.

Now, which one should we used?

If we were to go off of the laws saying that people need to use the restroom, facilities of their birth sex, then that man is using the women's restroom, showers.

No, it isn't. She is XY but has CAIS, which means her body does not absorb/react to androgens, those hormones that make men "manly".

Doesn't matter. You said that basically she doesn't count as a woman because she has XY chromosomes. Doesn't matter how abnormal her condition is. She is considered a woman, despite having XY chromosomes.
