Obamacare gave Big Pharma the right to overcharge Americans for medications that they sold to other countries, including Canada for less.
This is a fact. In the deal, the American government cannot negotiate prescription charges, while nearly all other countries do.

7 years after the fact, and it does not effect most medications. Only select medications, and only for those on Medicare.

The Dems' provision allowing Medicare to negotiate on behalf of everyone was filibustered by the GOP.
