Here is a banned Super Bowl add that will perhaps change the minds of even the most extreme anti gun zealots.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUd3YBrfoR4
And the add makes a good point. Get a gun and learn how to use it if you don't want to end up like that family.Reasons this is not a banned super bowl ad
1. Quality.
2. Budget.
3. it' got no well known celebrities
4. It's a local firearms service in Nevada.
5. Quality.
6. Shaky cam
7. Bad quality Scare tactics
8. Not specifically a NRA TV production.
9. The person who made this didn't have enough money to buy a 15 second Superbowl ad, let alone a 2 min one.
10. It's not Scientology or Doritos.

That's silly. My life is not going to end up like that if I don't have a gun. It may, but it's highly highly unlikely.
So at the very, very best, it's misleading potential customers.
Why do gun advocates have to rely on fear? What are you so afraid of?
LOL-why do anti gun advocates rely on fear?
why are they so afraid of honest people being armed?
and you certainly should have the right to decide if you own a gun or not. If you decide you are more likely to harm yourself with a gun or upset the social circles you operate within by having one, then by all means don't own a gun. We don't force you to. But on the other hand, you should have no say if other responsible adults decide they want to own firearms, either
Probably the same reason gun advocates use fear.
They are not. Why do you have to make dishonest arguments?
WTF? Leaping to conclusions much? I live one town over from Newark NJ, but in a safe neighborhood. I never felt the need to own a gun. Also if you have your guns locked up and proper in the basement they aren't going to do jack S*** when these guys come barging through the front door.
You see, the image of gun ownership in this country has not yet reached a point where we could get an ad about the REAL reason for gun ownership to run on the Super Bowl or to get an ad agency to even review the ads for placement
after reading the nonsense you posted, I figured I'd adopt your methods

Speaking of dishonest, let me quote from the blog of the video maker: https://www.ignatius-piazza-front-sight.com/2018/02/04/front-sight-blog-did-you-see-our-first-quarter-super-bowl-ad/#youtube
So yeah, they did not even begin the process of getting their ads placed. It had exactly nothing to do with message, and everything to do with money and quality.
One persons reply was relevant to the things ACTUALLY happening and being said in this thread. One persons is not.
Care to guess which is which?
i made it 30 seconds in before it turned into the fear mongering that i was expecting.
i grew up around guns, so i'm not unsympathetic to gun hobbyists and their single issue obsession. however, i could just as easily make a poorly crafted video in which a marital fight turns fatal with a gun, a five year old shoots his brother, some idiot shoots off his toe, or a dark night of the soul turns into suicide. also, i doubt that this was banned from the Super Bowl, unless it was banned because it was filmed with a VHS video camera.

Just this week a little kid shot his pregnant mother. The problem with fear mongering is that anyone can do it.
I swear no one on either side of the issue uses actual logical, relevant arguments.

I agree, it won't win any cinematography awards/ But do you agree or disagree that some gun laws would have the obvious and predicted consequence of rendering some citizens defenseless in the face of a violent home invasion?
why would I lock my defensive firearms up in a house where the youngest individual is 20 (when he's home from school) and has had over 100 hours of formal defensive firearms training. I have a SIG MCX rifle sitting just to my right. When we are out of the home, most of the firearms are in commercial grade safes, some of which have wireless alarms but a few are unlocked but the home is alarmed with sophisticated anti intrusion systems.
