How much you want to bet this isn't a lefty setup to get Palin to do something out of line? This isn't really about writing a book.
I'm sorry, but unless there's somehow proof there was no other house available to purchase anywhere within that cities limits or surrounding area I find it HIGHLY doubtful that it was just a coincidence that he happened to buy a house directly next to the Palin's.
Does that mean he's intending to sit there and take pictures of them in their house? Not necessarily, though I think its absolutely dishonest and patheticaly transparent of ones bias to attempt to claim that such would be unquestioanbly wrong to suggest is a possability. However one does not need to be photographed none stop for harassment to essentially be happening. To have a guy living next door who is openly and clearly expressing the desire to, without mincing words, ridicule and degrade you and in the process plans to encroach upon the lives of your entire group of neighbors while in your immediete vicinity is understandably uncomfortable.
I see this as nothing but a purely dickish douche move on the part of the writer at best, and a disturbing and pathetic desperation to intimidate and harrass the Palins at worst.
Yeah, I read it. Still didn't answer my question. Why choose THAT house if not to spy on them?
It's not exactly new territory for you either.Partisan anything coming from you is rather rich.
So, you automatically assume he's lying, right? Also, simply because someone's not on the national stage so isn't having every moment and every utterance disected by throngs of hyper partisans who live to condemn him and thus I've not heard any news reports about his "lying" doesn't mean the man is an angle.
Common sense? R U joking? You try to come off as being "fair minded" and use assumptions as "common sense"?Common Sense says there's more than one place available in teh city. Common Sense says then there must be some logical reason why he would take such an offer. The only conclussions so far that I can grasp is that he wants to be close enough to continually and repeatedly examine every segment of Palin's life from her home life to her neighbors and their views and wants to continually observe it OR he wants to intimidate and harass as an extra bonus for a woman he obviously has great distaste for while invading into her private life and putting her in a lose/lose situation ala the "Peace Flotilla" in Palestine where she either accepts his rather disturbing invasion into her and her families lives OR she speaks up about it and he plays innocent which is believed as gospel truths by the hyper partisan liberals that foam at the mouth at the mere mention of Sarah Palin...IE his prime book buying base.
And what would make me think you would look at any other "logical" reasons when you've gone out of your way to intentionally ignore any and all logical reasons to NOT crucify this guy?If you have another logical, realistic reason to put forth as to why he'd purposefully choose to reside next door to the woman he's writing the book about other than those two above, I'd love to hear it.
Yeah, I read it. Still didn't answer my question. Why choose THAT house if not to spy on them?
I'll type this slowly so it doesn't get missed.
The... house... was... offered... to... him.
Do you get it now? He did not "choose" that house.
What good journalist would turn down the offer? Any journalist not interested in spying on his/her subject. Any journalist not interested in being an asswipe.I don't even think he was "looking" for anything in Wasilla, or even Alaska, when the owner offered this house to him. And what good journalist would turn down such an offer? Let's be real here and get off the Palin hysterical tour.
Would it matter to you if the owner contacted the author to offer the house to him to rent? The author did not seek out a house close to Palin.
Does this man not have the right to rent any house he wants to?
If you live close enough to your neighbors that they can see into your house, you really shouldn't be demanding privacy.
Would it matter to you if the owner contacted the author to offer the house to him to rent? The author did not seek out a house close to Palin.
Does this man not have the right to rent any house he wants to?
Of course he has the "right". He has done nothing wrong, legally. That doesn't mean he isn't a dick.
So, now we have the dick right next door to the twat.
The world is in harmony again.
Thats what his Binoculars are for.
:rofl
Are you seroius? The person not being nice and civil is AKR, not Deuce.
Kali has her own names for people.
She meant ADK.
Where did I say anything about him not having a right to rent the house?
I said its simply the act of, at best, a complete and utter douche bag that just wants to be grating and irritating by placing himself somewhere he knows is going to irritate them (rightfully so in my mind), or at worst, a disgusting and morally reprehensable individual who wishes to harrass and intimidate due to political differences.
Being a douch bag or a disgusting human being doesn't deny one the right to rent a house.
Having a right to renting a house doesn't deny me the right to call the guy a douche bag or a disgusting human being.
I think you appear to have problems understand what "rights" are ADK.
Ahh... so him moving next door to her was because.... ?? Why was it again? To NOT take pictures of them or spy on them in the home and yard?
Well, if he has no desire to, and doesn't plan on taking pictures of or watching them in their home and yard, then why did he move in next door?
