Austria is a Christian/laicist nation, not a Muslim one.

These people are forced upon us by our politicians in Austria and Europe who are completely out of touch with the average native Austrian person and who promote mass immigration from Muslim countries to transform our population ... in other words, our left-wing/elitist politicians hate us and our country and want to import millions of Muslims, so they can get more votes from them in the future. But with these policies, they are slowly destroying the country: we taxpayers have to subsidize millions of immigrants from abroad, who's only achievement has been to come here, never paid into the system before, but get generous payments immediately from the state. Not to mention all the integration efforts for all these people, who hardly speak a word or German. Billions of €s to be spent. Teachers in Vienna are not teachers anymore, but have to spend most of their time now teaching German to them and act as social workers most of the time. Instead of teaching the kids important things.

This isn't really local to Austria or Vienna specifically - at current birth and migration rates there are some estimates which say there will be zero majority-European countries left on the entire planet with the possible (highly ironic) exception of nations in South America like Argentina and Uruguay.

Now, whether this has arbitrary or serious consequences is a subject of intense debate. If they had our economic wellbeing in mind, they wouldn't import millions of (Western) culture-distant Muslims, but rather focus immigration on Christian/Non-Muslim immigrants such as from Vietnam, the Philippines, or Latin America. These are the people we need. Immigrants from Muslim countries bring all kinds of problem with them. They have a worldview that's stuck in the middle ages. Many of them even regard their faith as a military doctrine. They are almost not integrateable.

You might be surprised- but the Muslims here in the US tend to have an easier time integrating, and I think the reason is they tend to be the more educated/skilled ones. But we have the problem you are describing with your Muslim immigrants, but instead with our Central/South American immigrants- and they are supposedly Christian. So I am not sure the problem is as much religion as it is just being uneducated. Uneducated people tend to bring a lot of personal/social pathology with them, of whatever religion they are from. But then again, who else is going to do the jobs they are being hired to do?

So it's a real Catch-22 for modern economically developed nations. "Can't live with them, can't live without them."

A) No, because many aspects of our constitution are very liberal and leftist and therefore out of date. Much of it is connected to EU law, which is similarly outdated and out-of-touch. For example, no EU-country can deport people to Syria or Afghanistan or most other Muslim countries. Once these people are here, you cannot get them out of the country anymore, even if they commit crimes.

B) It's increasing rapidely. There's 40k to 80k Muslim immigrants each year.

Here is my view:

I would rather grow old and see my country's population decline and our economy adapt and maybe decline too, but live along only with my people (or culture-similar likeminded folks) ... rather than being slowly replaced by Muslims.
